The full list includes state stakes in 84 companies, 1,242 real-estate properties and about 8,000 hectares of land earmarked for business and urban development.

New terms for buyers
To attract buyers, the required down payment is cut from 35% to 15%, with no interest on the balance. Buyers who pay an asset's full value within six months of signing get a 25% discount.
The largest assets
Among the biggest items are a 98.9% state stake in Turonbank, 100% of the Xalq Sug'urta insurance company and 100% of Humo Air.
Context
In April 2026, an IMF mission urged Uzbekistan to accelerate the privatization of profitable state-owned enterprises. The government expects privatization to raise at least 14 trillion soum by year-end.
